When it comes to 5-a-side, Goals is a whole new ball game! The UK’s premier 5-a-side provider offers the ultimate in next generation 5-a-side venues across the UK. Goals offers the best possible coaching for young football players aged from 5 to 15 years, in a secure environment conducive to good football practice. Children benefit from coaching by fully qualified personnel in the UK’s finest football centres. Courses are held regularly after school, at weekends and during school holidays.

At Goals we are always looking for ways to get people active through sport, young or old it doesn’t matter, but what does matter is staying healthy. 5-a-side football is a great way to not only enjoy yourself but also stay fit. We currently have a number of coaching sessions going on at Ruislip, from local Ruislip teams, Brazilian Soccer Schools, or if you fancy something from a professional club then why not try Q.P.R.

We are also running the Ruislip 5-a-side Youth Tournament in February, if you want to battle it out to be the Ruislip Youth Champions it can happen for only £20 per team! Think that’s expensive? If there are 8 players in a squad that’s ONLY £2.50 per person!

Did you know that a 5-a-side game is the equivalent of a 6-mile run... who said fitness can’t be fun!!!

You don’t fancy a tournament and just want to play for fun with your mates then come down as a casual for only £3 (under 16’s) or £5 (16+). You can play between the hours of 4.30pm – 6pm, if there are a few casuals playing separately then why not join forces and set up your own match and ask other to join you and your mates.

If you’re lucky enough to be 16 + you are eligible to join our Adult Evening Leagues, where we have competitive and enjoyable leagues.
